A Pilot Programme
A quiet way to begin.
For facilities who would like to experience the Support Kit before committing to a full order, we offer a structured pilot programme. A small number of kits, placed with families over six to eight weeks. At the end of the pilot, we ask for a brief conversation with whoever is closest to it — your palliative care nurse or social worker — to understand what families experienced and whether the Kit earned its place.
Pilot kits are available at a subsidised rate. If the pilot confirms what we believe it will, we move to a formal supply arrangement from there.

We hand-deliver sample kits as well as orders under 100 kits personally across Sydney and Canberra. First orders are shipped Australia-wide, carefully packed, usually within 30 working days.

Yes. There are some additional options you can include to individualise the Support Kit. These include a branded insert card — so the kit feels like a gesture from your team, not a third-party product; and custom packaging with your facility branding.

No. The kit is a gentle, non-clinical companion designed to sit beside your clinical resources, not to replace them. It does not add to the workload of nurses or staff, and requires no clinical oversight to use.
